Instructions
Make the slaw
Toss cabbage and carrot with vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the flavors meld.
Stuff the dogs
Cut a deep slit lengthwise down each hot dog, about 3/4 of the way through. Press a stick of cheddar cheese into each slit.
Wrap with bacon
Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each stuffed hot dog in a spiral pattern, tucking the ends under. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

Grill
