Cheese-Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Slaw Dogs

These loaded slaw dogs take the humble hot dog to gourmet territory. Each jumbo frank is split and stuffed with gooey cheddar, wrapped in bacon, then grilled until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is flowing. A mound of tangy vinegar slaw on top adds the perfect crunch and contrast.
